iOS 10 now to 60% of Apple devices

Last month, Apple launched iOS 10, making the platform available in older mobile devices.

This version of the operating system has been pre-installed on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus who also were launched in September.

Shortly before the debut of iOS 10, official data showed that Apple iOS 9 has been installed on 88 percent of the company's mobile devices, a year after its release in these devices.

iOS 9 has shown tremendous success after just three days after his debut in 2015, the platform has reached installed in 50 percent of Apple devices. On the other hand, iOS 10 is moving at a much slower pace.

Just two weeks ago, Apple announced that iOS is installed on 54 percent of iOS devices, a month after the launch of this version.

Meanwhile, during yesterday's event where the company has introduced new laptops MacBook Pro, it was announced that iOS is now 10 to 60 percent of iOS mobile devices.

Such growth has been made possible due to iOS 9 has fallen to 6 percent use since 11 October. iOS 8 is still in function in some older equipment to Apple and 8 percent of all iOS platform.
